Terry is an Executive Coach, Speaker Coach, and Podcast Host, in Ottawa ON.  As the President of Ubiquity, Terry is passionate about helping Leaders inspire their teams and improve organizational performance. Terry holds a Degree in Vocational Psychology and has held leadership roles at Apple Inc., Bell Canada and Rogers.

As an IAC Executive Coach, he has worked with brand-name clients on six continents including Schlumberger, Enbridge, Microsoft, HP, Kinaxis, Calian, GE, Air Canada, KAPSARC and the Government of Canada. Terry specializes in Strategy, Emotional Intelligence, Diversity, Executive Presence and Engagement. He is a Senior Advisor with OTUS Group, coached Public Speakers through Dale Carnegie and TEDx and he is the Host of the Inspiring Leaders Podcast.
